Overview Join our Summer Analyst Program as an Advisor Trainee in Global Private Bank. You will build client relationships and help develop innovative solutions in a fast‑paced environment. Program Details As an Advisor Trainee, you will gain exposure to all facets of wealth management – investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning. Our nine‑week program starts with a week of induction, training, and orientation to our businesses. Successful participants may receive a full‑time offer at the end of the summer. Job Responsibilities Work with a team of advisors and specialists to bring in new clients and serve existing clients. Deliver highly customized and comprehensive solutions to protect, manage, and grow client wealth. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (excluding MBA). If pursuing a Master’s, it must be within 2 years of receiving your Bachelor’s. Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028. Attend college/university in the U.S. Highly driven, team‑oriented, and able to develop complex solutions in fast‑paced environments. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability. Genuine interest in financial markets and macro‑economic trends. Desire to work with external clients in a relationship‑building and sales capacity. Highly inquisitive, focused, and proactive.
