Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism. Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations. Reliable method of transportation. Need to Knows Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations. All positions start off part-time. Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
