Job Title: Assistant Property Manager

Location: Loveland, CO

Pay: $47,500 – $52,000 annually

Job Description:

The Assistant Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of residential units while also supporting a broader property management team with operational needs and special initiatives. This role offers a strong mix of independent responsibility and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations for an assigned portfolio of residential units, including leasing activity, rent collection, and coordination of maintenance needs
  • Act as a primary contact for residents, addressing questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor property performance metrics such as occupancy, renewals, and collections, ensuring goals are consistently met
  • Conduct regular property walkthroughs and inspections to maintain standards and compliance
  • Ensure adherence to lease agreements, housing regulations, and fair housing guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and organized tenant and property records, both digital and physical
  • Provide coverage and assistance to Property Managers during high-volume periods or absences
  • Support departmental initiatives such as process improvements, reporting, and special projects
  • Assist with administrative tasks including audits, reporting, and system updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support overall property operations

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills with a customer-service-oriented approach
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and sound judgment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general comfort with technology
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the property management field

Additional Details:

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Work Environment: Fully onsite (split between multiple property locations and main office)
  • Employment Type: Direct hire
