Role Overview: The Agency Digital Desk is the main resource and support for Agents and Advisors to support their business as the company evolves its Digital Ecosystem. With this comes additional cross-departmental alignment, strategic involvement, field support and leadership capabilities for the team. The team supports SalesCentral, MarketingCentral, and our GuideMe platform, among other technology platforms. In addition to supporting Advisors, Agency Digital Desk will also be proactive in their outreach to Advisors who can best benefit from strategic conversations.
