Associate Chiropractor (Shadowing & Mentorship Opportunity) Santa Monica, CA | Part-Time to Full-Time Pathway We are a specialized chiropractic practice focused on treating moderate to severe, chronic spinal conditions , including disc herniations, spinal stenosis, degeneration, and complex neuromusculoskeletal cases. Our clinic offers comprehensive, individualized care plans designed around each patient—not cookie-cutter treatment. We are seeking a licensed Chiropractor who is eager to learn, refine clinical skills, and grow under direct mentorship in a high-level, hands-on environment. Position Overview This role begins with a structured shadowing and training period under Dr. Le , lasting approximately 1–2 months , depending on clinical skill level and readiness. During this time, the associate will observe, assist, and progressively integrate into patient care. Once competency and confidence are demonstrated, the associate will transition into solo patient care within our practice model.
