Automotive Service Advisor (Mon–Fri / No Weekends / $60k–$120k+)
Japanese Car Care – Albuquerque, NM (2 Locations: 87113 & 87110)
Full-Time

Japanese Car Care (JCC) has served Albuquerque since 1977. We’re established, busy year-round, and growing. We’re looking for a motivated Service Advisor who understands how to build trust, communicate value, and produce results.

We are not a chain store or high-pressure sales environment.

We are a professional, process-driven independent repair shop specializing in Japanese vehicles, focused on quality repairs, ethical recommendations, and long-term customer relationships.

This is a Professional Service Advisor Role

We’re looking for someone who can handle:

• Building trust with customers through honest communication
• Managing repair orders from check-in to delivery
• Reviewing technician inspections for completeness and accuracy
• Building and presenting estimates professionally
• Prioritizing repairs and explaining recommendations clearly
• Following up on declined work and future maintenance needs
• Maintaining strong KPI's and customer satisfaction
• Working closely with technicians to maintain workflow and production
• Maintaining strong documentation and organized communication

• Automotive service advisor experience required
• Automotive repair knowledge required
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Organized and process-driven
• Strong follow-up and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset
