Responsibilities Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, POS systems, and other café equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including counters, machines, and seating areas. Restock supplies such as cups, lids, syrups, coffee beans, and pastries. Assist with opening and closing tasks, including cleaning, inventory checks, and cash handling. What You’ll Bring Previous barista, café, or customer service experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask. Basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements. Ability to learn beverage preparation techniques and follow recipes. Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Alignment with our Core Values: Performance, Communication, Leadership, Quality, and Teamwork. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least one (1) year of related customer experience required. Physical Demands and Work Environment Employees are required to stand and walk for long periods, handle food and beverage objects, reach and extend with hands and arms, talk and hear. Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and crawling may be required. The work environment includes a restaurant environment and a kitchen area.
