Full-Time Cabinet And Cabinet Refacing Installer

Kitchen Tune-Up Lake Mary is growing and seeking a skilled, dependable full-time cabinet and cabinet refacing installer to join our team. This role is ideal for experienced remodelers or trim carpenters who take pride in high-quality work and want stable, long-term employment. You'll be completing cabinet installations and cabinet refacing projects in residential homes throughout our community, many of them high-end.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete projects according to instructions provided by the Project Manager
• Remove and install: cabinets, cabinet doors and drawer fronts, trim and moldings, hardware
• Drill for hinges and install doors and drawer fronts accurately
• Install roll-out trays and cabinet accessories
• Follow Kitchen Tune-Up TrustPoints on every job site
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area daily
• Communicate daily with the Project Manager regarding progress
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

Qualifications include:

• 3+ years of cabinet installation, refacing, or trim carpentry experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Proficient in: drilling for hinges, installing doors, drawer fronts, and roll-out trays
• Ability to safely operate power and battery tools including table saw, sander, drill, router, planer, nail gun
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools preferred

Compensation: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
