CDL B Truck Driver – Immediate Start (1099 or W2 Position)

We are hiring a reliable and experienced CDL B Truck Driver to join our team immediately. If you’re ready to start right away and meet the requirements below, we’d like to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
• Able to speak and write English
• CDL Class B license required
• Clean background record
• Available to start ASAP

Job Details:

• 1099 (independent contractor position)
• Pay: 31% of gross load revenue
• Home time: Back home every 2 weeks Or 3 weeks and 1 week home up to driver
• Hotel accommodation provided every 3 days
• Competitive earnings – above average for box truck drivers
• No illegal or excessive driving – we strictly follow logbook/HOS regulations
• Routes may include short and long distances

Bonus Program:

• $500 referral bonus for bringing another driver
• Bonus is paid after the referred driver completes a minimum of 2 months of work
• Additional bonuses based on driver performance and on special occasions/holidays
• After 1month 300 usd welcome bonus

Responsibilities:

• Operate straight CDL box trucks safely and efficiently
• Load and unload cargo
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
• Maintain accurate driving logs
• Ensure cargo is properly secured
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delays or issues

Skills & Experience:

• Experience driving box trucks (CDL preferred)
• Comfortable with automatic transmission vehicles
• Knowledge of loading/unloading procedures
• Good navigation and route planning skills
• Understanding of freight and transportation regulations
