Eligibility Requirements

We are looking for dedicated individuals ready to commit to a new path. To qualify, you must:

• Reside in NYC: Must be a resident of one of the five boroughs.
• Hold an Active NYS License: You must have a valid Class D driver’s license in good standing.
• Have No Pending Cases: You must have no pending criminal cases.
• Be Justice-Impacted: This specialized initiative is reserved for those who have been affected by the criminal justice system.
