Marketing and Events Coordinator

Position Summary:
The Marketing & Events Coordinator plays a key role in driving brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth for City Foundry, The Food Hall at City Foundry, and Brickline Brewhouse. This position is responsible for overseeing social media execution, coordinating events, and supporting sales initiatives, with a strong focus on creating compelling experiences and maximizing visibility across both brands.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Marketing
  • Manage and execute social media for City Foundry and City Foundry wholly owned and affiliated brands across all relevant platforms
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
  • Create, schedule, and analyze content to drive engagement and growth
  • Collaborate with tenants, vendors, and partners to promote events and initiatives
  • Assist in broader marketing campaigns, promotions, and on-site activations
Events & Programming
  • Coordinate and execute events for City Foundry, The Food Hall at City Foundry, and Brickline Brewhouse including public programming and special activations
  • Lead event coordination for Brickline Brewhouse, including private and corporate events
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for event inquiries, planning, and execution
  • Ensure seamless event operations from planning through post-event follow-up
Private Event and Marketing Coordination
  • Support and drive event sales for Brickline Brewhouse
  • Respond to inquiries, develop proposals, and close event bookings
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners
  • Identify opportunities to increase bookings and revenue
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, events, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to sell, negotiate, and close business
  • Adaptable and able to respond effectively in fast-paced or changing environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses
  • Familiarity with event planning and execution
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance tracking
  • Photography and videography a plus
