Job Summary:

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual (English/Spanish) Splash Cleaning Technician who takes pride in delivering exceptional results. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in upholding the high standards our clients trust us to provide. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, and trash removal in commercial spaces.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality results by following detailed cleaning schedules and checklists.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment efficiently and safely, such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to address any issues or special requests.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a secure and healthy work environment.

Qualifications:

• A strong commitment to reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellence in every task.
• Ability to work as part of a team and solve problems proactively.
• Ability to perform tasks like lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person!
• Dependable transportation to travel to various client locations.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
