Leading a team in a remote environment, the full-time Clinical Data Management Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of data management services, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with regulatory requirements while managing staff performance and operational targets. Key responsibilities Ensure operational efficiency by creating and documenting department procedures and recommending departmental objectives Supervise and mentor staff, managing hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations to maintain positive team morale Oversee project deliverables to meet quality, time, and cost expectations while proactively identifying and managing project risks Required qualifications A minimum of a college diploma/degree and 7-9 years of relevant experience CCDM certification is considered an asset Experience in managing budgets and financial aspects of projects Proven ability to lead teams and manage staff performance Strong understanding of data management processes and regulatory requirements
