Responsibilities Collaborates and communicates with inter‑disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plan of care. Organizes, prioritizes, and updates plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others. Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc., and prepares room environment. Work Schedule Minimum of 4 shifts per every 6 weeks. One Saturday and one Sunday per 6‑week schedule. One Summer and one Winter Holiday. Requirements Registered Nurse license. At least 18 months RN Labor & Delivery experience. Associate’s Degree in Nursing. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. BLS certification. Facility BayCare Health System, Labor and Delivery‑MCH. Location Mease Countryside. Position Status Pool, Exempt: No. Shift Hours 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (Shift 3 – Nights). Weekend Work Every other weekend. On Call No. Remote Work Never.
