Our commitment to innovation and quality ensures that we deliver exceptional products that meet the highest industry standards.  To meet these standards, you will utilize various CNC turning equipment ranging from 2 axis lathes to 9 axis multi-tasking machines, various CNC milling equipment ranging from 3 axis to 5 axis milling with automation and precision CNC cylindrical grinding machines.

Summary

We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our team at Stein Seal Company. In this role, you will be instrumental in fabricating precision components that are vital to our sealing devices, contributing directly to our mission of excellence in the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure product meets specifications
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety and company regulations.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records for quality assurance

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining and operation techniques
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Basic math skills for calculations related to machining processes
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
