$60 per hour Fort Worth, TX Contract Duration: 7 months Contract About the Role Client is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Communications (Contract) to elevate and expand our corporate reputation, external visibility, and U.S. storytelling. This role will lead the development and execution of a 360° corporate communications strategy that strengthens client’s presence in the U.S. market, reinforces our leadership in dermatology, and builds awareness of our scientific, clinical, and commercial momentum. In partnership with our corporate communications agency and U.S. leadership, this individual will drive external communications across media, corporate announcements, executive visibility, thought leadership, and U.S. LinkedIn and social channels. This role will also support internal communications — including Town Halls, leadership messages, organizational updates, and enterprise-wide engagement — ensuring consistent, aligned storytelling across all audiences. This position is ideal for a communicator who is both strategic and hands‑on, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Key Responsibilities Corporate Communications & External Visibility Lead the development and execution of a U.S. corporate communications strategy that elevates client’s external profile and reinforces our leadership in dermatology. Partner closely with our corporate communications agency to shape and activate proactive earned media, corporate announcements, and reputation-building initiatives. Develop external messaging, press materials, corporate positioning, and executive visibility plans. Support media engagement, conference visibility, and corporate storytelling aligned with key U.S. priorities and growth milestones. Manage and enhance the U.S. social media strategy across corporate channels — including content development, editorial planning, and publishing for U.S. LinkedIn. Ensure consistent alignment of messaging across all external-facing communications. Internal Communications Lead U.S. internal communications strategy to strengthen alignment, transparency, and engagement across all levels of the organization. Own key internal channels including Town Halls, leadership updates, newsletters, employee announcements, and enterprise-wide communication moments. Develop clear, timely messaging around organizational updates, business priorities, and culture-building initiatives. Reinforce narrative consistency between internal and external communications. Executive Communications Craft speeches, remarks, and messaging for U.S. executives across internal and external settings. Prepare briefing materials, Q&A documents, and supporting content for leadership visibility opportunities. Provide coaching and counsel to leaders on communication best practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with HR, Legal, BU leaders, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and global Comms to support unified messaging across the enterprise. Serve as day‑to‑day liaison with corporate communications agency partner, guiding planning, execution, and narrative alignment. Ensure seamless integration between internal communications and broader corporate communications efforts. Agency Partnership Serve as day‑to‑day liaison with Corporate Communications agency partners. Provide strategic direction and context while supporting agency‑led planning and execution. Review materials, ensure alignment to U.S. communications strategy, and guide narrative consistency. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. 7–10+ years of experience in corporate communications, external communications, executive communications, social media strategy, or reputation-building roles. Proven ability to drive external visibility, corporate storytelling, and earned media strategies. Strong writing and storytelling skills across corporate, executive, and social channels. Experience developing content for LinkedIn and/or corporate social media platforms. Ability to influence and partner across complex matrixed environments. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities. Experience collaborating with PR, corporate communications, and/or social agencies.
