Job Description Digital Marketing Intern
About the Role Tribu is an award-winning digital marketing and design agency seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Digital Marketing Intern to support our Digital Marketing team. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and is curious about how strong content supports performance across digital channels. As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting real client campaigns across a variety of industries. You'll work closely with experienced digital marketers, learning how analytics, SEO, paid advertising, and content work together to drive results in a fast-paced agency environment.

What You'll Do • Learn how to analyze and interpret performance data across platforms, including:
• SEMrush
• Google Ads
• Meta Business Suite
• LinkedIn Ads
• Google Search Console
• Google Business Profile
• Assist in tracking, organizing, and reporting key performance metrics for SEO and paid advertising campaigns
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights in data that help inform campaign and content optimizations
• Support campaign optimizations for paid advertising and SEO efforts
• You'll participate in campaign brainstorms and strategy discussions, gaining exposure to how creative ideas and data-driven insights come together in real client work.
• Assist with keyword research and SEO monitoring
Copywriting & Content Support • Assist with writing and editing SEO-friendly blog content for Tribu's partners
• Support content research by identifying relevant keywords, topics, and trends
• Help ensure blog content aligns with brand voice, SEO best practices, and content goals
• Collaborate with digital marketers to understand how content performance ties back to analytics and strategy
• Help ensure reporting and content deliverables are accurate, clear, and on time
Skills & Qualifications Required: • Ability to connect data insights with creative ideas and strategic decisions
• Attention to detail and comfort working with data and written content
• Ability to manage deadlines and follow processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinker who enjoys brainstorming ideas and contributing to campaign concepts
Preferred: • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for organizing and analyzing data
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Basic understanding of SEO concepts (keywords, search intent, rankings, traffic)
• Interest in writing, content marketing, or copywriting
• Comfortable receiving feedback and eager to learn
• Not intimidated by deadlines and able to work in a fast-paced environment
