Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, coordinate, and execute electrical installations, ensuring all work adheres to established plans and specifications.
• Lead and manage a team of electricians, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure maximum productivity.
• Perform regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems, implementing effective solutions to prevent recurring issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all electrical maintenance and repair work.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to provide updates and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in electrical construction or a related field.
• Proven experience as an electrical foreman or a similar lead electrical role.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
