Entry Level Sales Representative

Infinity Replacement is Marvin's direct-to-consumer solution for homeowners who want premium windows and doors without the hassle. We bring Marvin's 100+ year legacy of craftsmanship directly to customers through high-quality products, professional installation, and personalized in-home consultations.

We're hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives to help grow our presence in the area. In this role, you'll engage with homeowners in person at retail locations and community events to introduce our products and schedule in-home consultations with our sales team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into sales, build real-world experience, and earn strong weekly incomewithout needing prior industry experience or closing deals.

Highlights of Your Role

• Engage directly with homeowners at retail locations, events, and community venues
• Represent Infinity Replacement by Marvin in a professional, approachable way
• Identify customer interest and schedule qualified in-home consultations
• Accurately enter customer details and appointment information
• Set up and manage branded displays as needed
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly appointment goals

This role does not involve cold calling, telemarketing, or closing sales.

You're a Good Fit If You Have (or If You Can)

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation (travel to retail locations and events required)
• A smartphone
• Comfort standing and moving throughout your shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (display setup)
• Confidence handling rejectionyou understand every "no" gets you closer to a "yes"
• A genuine interest in people and strong, face-to-face communication

No prior sales experience is requiredcandidates from retail, hospitality, fitness, customer service, and event backgrounds tend to succeed quickly.
