  • Support organizational change management, end-user training, communication planning, and adoption strategies.
  • Coordinate integration activities between Epic and third-party applications including Oracle and other healthcare systems.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR (where applicable), organizational security policies, and healthcare regulatory standards.
  • Track project milestones, KPIs, budgets, and overall project performance while providing regular updates to PMO leadership and executive sponsors.
  • Collaborate with application teams during testing, go-live planning, stabilization, and post-implementation optimization.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend enhancements to Epic applications and project delivery processes.
Required Skills
  • Active Epic Certification in one or more modules such as EpicCare, Resolute, Cadence, or other Epic clinical or revenue cycle modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Epic implementation methodology.
  • Experience managing large-scale healthcare IT or EHR implementation projects.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies including PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, and PRINCE2.
  • Strong understanding of Electronic Health Records (EHR), clinical workflows, revenue cycle, patient data management, and healthcare interoperability.
  • Experience coordinating system integrations with Oracle or other third-party healthcare applications.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards including HIPAA and healthcare security best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and risk management capabilities.
