Graphic Design & Social Media Intern

Nex-Tech Creative is seeking a creative, motivated, and eager-to-learn Graphic Design & Social Media Intern to join our growing agency team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain real-world agency experience while building a long-term career in marketing, advertising, graphic design, or digital media.

This is not just a summer internship. We are looking for someone who could grow into an ongoing part-time role and potentially a long-term position with our team.

What You'll Do

• Assist with graphic design projects for both internal company marketing and external agency clients
• Create content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
• Help edit short-form video content, including Reels and social media videos
• Support marketing campaigns with creative assets and digital content
• Collaborate with designers, digital marketers, account executives, and production staff
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative strategy discussions

What We're Looking For

• Strong creative eye and graphic design abilities
• Interest in social media marketing and content creation
• Video production or editing knowledge preferred, especially short-form/social-style editing
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for marketing, design, advertising, or digital media

Bonus Skills

• Photography or videography experience
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
• Animation or motion graphics experience
• Knowledge of current social media trends

Schedule & Work Environment

• Part-time position
• Approximately 20–32 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling between Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• In-person position located in our Hays, Kansas office
