An Indian Grocery Store is seeking a full-time Grocery Store Manager to manage and supervise all day-to-day store operations.

This is a hands-on management role for someone who can handle store operations efficiently and keep the business running smoothly.

Main Duties Include:

• Managing daily store operations
• Purchasing and vendor coordination
• Supervising sales and invoicing
• Pricing products and maintaining inventory
• Managing stocking and restocking
• Coordinating with kitchen staff
• Supervising employees and overall workflow
• Ensuring the store stays organized, stocked, and customer-ready

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior grocery, retail, or store management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience with purchasing, pricing, inventory, and invoicing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must know or understand Hindi / Gujarati or any other Regional Indian Language
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Approx. 40 hours per week
