Description Hourly Pay Rate $19.72 Overtime eligible. The Sacramento Marriott located in Rancho Cordova is seeking friendly service-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join their team! This position is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, hallways, and public areas throughout the hotel are clean, well-maintained, and inviting. The role supports various housekeeping functions, including working as a Guest Room Attendant, Houseperson, Lobby Attendant and in the Laundry department as needed. This role requires schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding customer service are essential for success in this position. What We’re Looking For: Previous Guest Room Attendant and/or Houseman, Lobby or Laundry Attendant experience in a full service or limited service hotel or similar job experience preferred Must be willing and able to perform all housekeeping duties. A flexible schedule is required, including availability to work morning (AM) shifts, weekends, and holidays. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences High School Diploma or GED equivalent Must be 18 years of age or over Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills Experience working in a team orientated environment Relevant military experience in a comparable capacity BENEFITS: Vacation, Holiday, and Sick pay Medical/Dental/Vision (with opt. out option) Hotel Room Discount Travel Reimbursement, if needed.
