Job Description
We are looking for a high-energy, driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the engine of our sales pipeline, focusing on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and facilitating deals from within our office.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and social prospecting.
* Pipeline Management: Converting cold calls into qualified leads and handoff to account management.
* Product Expertise: Product experience is not necessary. Applied Roofing Services will provide on the job training.
* CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and deal stages within our CRM.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and account management teams to align on lead quality and seamless customer handoffs.
What You’ll Need
* Experience: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to "read the room" virtually.
* Resilience: A thick skin and a positive attitude; you view "no" as a stepping stone to "yes."
* Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and virtual meeting tools.
