Role description

Coordinate project delivery cadence for the bespoke Commercial Genetics ERP solution, including schedules, meeting logistics, action tracking, and timely follow-up with owners.

Support agile execution by facilitating backlog grooming and maintaining backlog hygiene in Jira; consolidate duplicate items and ensure correct association to Stories and Epics for prioritization review.

Enforce work-item writing standards: for Bugs, ensure clear 1-2-3 reproducible steps; for Enhancements, ensure a narrative of "how it works today" and "how it needs to work tomorrow."

Maintain RAID log and delivery documentation in Confluence (decisions, meeting notes, status, release notes, and supporting artifacts).

Provide budget/invoice/PO coordination support, including tracking, routing, and follow-up with stakeholders to enable timely processing.

Coordinate with vendors/partners as needed (scheduling, status follow-up, dependency tracking, and deliverable management).

Support release/change coordination by tracking scope readiness, coordinating communications, and ensuring required approvals and documentation are completed.

Coordinate UAT planning and execution (scheduling, test readiness, defect intake, and closure tracking) with business stakeholders and delivery teams.
