Law Office Admin Clerk

Our client, a reputable legal practice in the legal services industry, is seeking a dedicated Law Office Admin Clerk to join their team. As a Law Office Admin Clerk, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, assisting attorneys and clients efficiently. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, self-motivation, and excellent interpersonal skills, which will enable you to thrive in a dynamic legal environment.

Location: Star City, WV

Shift: Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

  • Perform scanning, photocopying, and filing of legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and ensure the workspace remains organized and well-stocked.
  • Deliver packages and legal documents to various locations within the area efficiently.
  • Travel to courthouses to file pleadings and record legal instruments in a timely manner.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support a busy legal practice.

What's Needed?

  • Ability to routinely lift at least 25 pounds and handle physical tasks comfortably.
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, evidence of insurance, and a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to pass all required background checks, including criminal and motor vehicle checks.
  • Experience with office equipment such as copy machines and scanners is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is advantageous.
