We are seeking qualified security officers for immediate hire.

Location: AVENTURA, FL.

The qualified candidates must have the following criteria:

• MUST HAVE SECURITY D LICENSE.
• SPANISH IS A PLUS.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug test.
• Must have own reliable transportation.
• Good communication skills in the English language.
• Must have concierge experience.
• Good report-writing skills.
• One year of experience working on guard house and rover.
• Able to pay attention to details.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled overnight security officer to join our team.

The security officer will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and property.
• Responding promptly to alarms and investigating disturbances.
• Conducting regular inspections to identify potential security risks.
• Enforcing company policies and procedures to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access.
• Providing excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
• Patrolling assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Collaborating with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
• The candidate must be able to walk, stand for long periods of time and work in inclement weather cold, hot, or rain.

Schedule as follow:

• Thursday 2PM to 10PM
• Saturday 6 AM to 2PM
• Part time 16 hours

Pay rate: $14.50
