Responsibilities:

• Creating & Implementing food preparation schedules
• Collaborating with the head chef or executive chef to develop new menu items
• Motivate & Mentor: Lead, coach, and teach your team to be the best they can be
• Create an Of Service Culture: Promote a fun and positive family-style work environment
• Drive Genuine Excellence: Excel in a culinary-driven environment with the freshest ingredients, the cleanest kitchen, top of the line equipment, and high operating standards

Requirements:

• No restaurant experience required
• Experience working in a hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to your teams

On 12.12.12 we began a journey together with the community of Hudson, Massachusetts and soon to be, Milford Massachusetts. An idea to open a small flatbread shop evolved into something we could only dream about. From a core group of individuals we've grown to a family that extends throughout the Metrowest region.
