A typical day for an LPN Visit Nurse with WesleyLife at Home Hospice:
Your day begins with intention — grounded in WesleyLife's belief that every person deserves comfort, dignity, and the opportunity to pursue joy, no matter where they are in life's journey. As a Hospice LPN Visit Nurse, you'll spend your day providing gentle, compassionate care in the homes of those we serve. Each visit is unique because every individual's story, needs, and wishes guide your care. You'll offer personal support with daily activities, provide comfort-focused care, and be a reassuring presence for clients and their families.
Your role ensures that every individual experiences dignity, peace, and quality of life on their own terms.
