Part-Time Marketing Assistant Intern

The Hailey-Petty Law Firm is looking for a creative and motivated Part-Time Marketing Assistant Intern to support our growing marketing team. This position is ideal for a college student or recent graduate interested in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, branding, and campaign strategy. This opportunity can also qualify for college internship credit, depending on your program requirements.

Our firm focuses on estate planning, probate, and guardianship services throughout Texas, and we are looking for someone who can help us continue building engaging educational content across social media and digital platforms.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience managing real marketing campaigns, social media strategy, digital advertising, content creation, and brand growth within a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and designing social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
• Help edit short-form videos, including reels, shorts, clips, and story content
• Support the creation and organization of digital Meta ads and marketing campaigns
• Schedule and manage social media posts and content calendars
• Assist with webinar and event promotion
• Help brainstorm campaign ideas and marketing strategies
• Create graphics and visual content that align with the firm's branding
• Monitor engagement and assist with audience interaction when needed

Qualifications

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/video editing platforms
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Stories, and LinkedIn content
• Interest in social media trends, branding, and digital marketing
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with video editing is a plus
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager or digital advertising is a bonus, but not required
