Summer+Fall Internship–Marketing Intern (Remote) As a Marketing Intern at Queer Music Agency US, you’ll gain hands‑on experience at the intersection of music, design, and community. This internship is ideal for someone who’s creatively driven, passionate about music and queer representation, and ready to help elevate emerging LGBTQ+ artists through impactful visual content and online storytelling. You’ll collaborate with our team to ideate and create content that supports our artists, promotes shows, and strengthens QMA’s brand presence across social platforms. Responsibilities Source and post compelling social media content (posts, stories, reels, graphics) to promote QMA artists, events, and initiatives. Assist in developing and executing monthly content calendars. Support branding efforts with visual consistency across digital campaigns. Assist with creation of promotional materials for upcoming shows and festivals (event flyers, tour graphics, etc). Update website with new artists, events, blogs and more, using best SEO practices. Monitor trends in music, design, and queer culture to help keep QMA’s digital presence fresh and relevant. Requirements Major or minor in marketing/communications/similar field. A passion for music and a genuine interest in uplifting queer voices in the industry. Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a sense of visual storytelling. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a remote setting. Must be able to dedicate 6–10 hours weekly for the duration of the internship.
