Ownership of Client Glidepaths (FL & EP) • Maintain, optimize, and quality-check both Family Law and Estate Planning glidepaths. • Ensure messaging consistency from first contact through intake, consultation, and retention. • Identify points where prospects stall or drop off, and repair those touchpoints. • Work with vendors to ensure glidepath content integrates with advertising and SEO. Day-to-Day Oversight of All Marketing Lanes Provide daily leadership, oversight, and accountability in: • Digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media. • Website updates and CRO (conversion optimization). • Email sequences & CRM hygiene. • Referral partner development. • Workshop, event, & symposium planning. • Review/testimonial campaigns. • Local community presence & sponsorships. • Vendor-driven deliverables (Green Cardigan + HTM). • Branding consistency across all materials. You own the daily execution, operational process, and marketing-related business impacts.
