Job Title: MIG/TIG Welder

Location: Edwardsville, IL
Pay Rate: $35/hr


Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable MIG/TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team in Edwardsville, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding various metals, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring high-quality fabrication standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless-steel components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Set up and operate welding equipment and tools.
• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of MIG/TIG welding experience.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Welding certification preferred but not required.
