MIG Welder - $22-$25/hr - Brookfield, WI

Location: Brookfield, WI

Pay: $22-$25 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 1st Shift - Full Time

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled MIG Welder for a growing metal fabrication company in the Brookfield area. This is a great opportunity for a motivated welder who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on mild steel and other materials according to blueprints and specifications
Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work orders
Work collaboratively with the fabrication team to meet production goals

Qualifications:

2+ years of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting
Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Experience with TIG or Stick welding is a plus
