Requirements: 2+ years of experience in MIG welding; familiarity with Flux Core and Submerged Arc preferred Ability to lift 20 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance Able to read and understand blueprints Team-oriented, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company Benefits: Solid Weekly Wages: Paid on time, every time. Safe Shop Vibes: Work with confidence, safety on lock Job Duties: Perform MIG, Flux Core, and Submerged Arc welding on carbon and stainless steel. Weld in flat, overhead, vertical, and corner positions. Select and use proper weld wire, gas, flux, and cutting methods (plasma, oxy-fuel). Interpret and follow moderately complex blueprints and drawings for fabrication. Use hand and power tools, including grinders, hammers, plate rolls, punch presses, and wrenches. Create simple jigs or fixtures as needed. Lay out own work and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
