We provide compassionate, high-quality care to seniors in a warm, home-like environment, giving families peace of mind and the opportunity to focus on what matters most, spending meaningful time with their loved ones.

We're growing and looking for caring, dependable, and energetic Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Care Aides (HCAs) to join our team serving the Vancouver and Battle Ground, Washington communities.

Belamour Care is a local family-owned senior care business with:

• 6 Adult Family Homes
• 1 Assisted Living Facility
• More than 50 dedicated team members

Unlike large facilities, our homes offer a close-knit, family atmosphere where caregivers have the opportunity to build genuine relationships with residents and make a meaningful impact every day.

What You'll Do

As a CNA or HCA at Belamour Care, you'll help residents live safely, comfortably, and joyfully.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing hands-on personal care
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitoring resident well-being and vital signs
• Supporting mobility and daily activities
• Preparing meals and assisting with dining
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Communicating team mate and leadership
• Creating meaningful moments through companionship and engagement
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home
• We call it keeping our residents "Brushed and Buffed"—because everyone deserves to feel their best.

What We're Looking For

• Current CNA or HCA certification preferred
• For the right candidate, we may assist with certification
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay & Benefits

Starting Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour

Full-Time and Part-Time Available

Shift Opportunities:

• Night Shift
• Overnight Shift
• Expected Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week

Location Requirements

Must be able to commute to:

• Battle Ground, WA
• Vancouver, WA
• Work location is in person.
