Salary: We are hiring for this position at entry level.

Seeking an Office Assistant to perform Customer Care and Administrative Support duties on a full time basis. This is a fantastic entry-level position in a pleasant office, with plenty of opportunity for growth.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a Customer Service setting preferred, but not required
• High school diploma/GED Equivalent
• Basic computer literacy
• Professional demeanor
• Excellent telephone skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be organized, with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities:

The Office Assistant has a support responsibility to all other departments within the organization

• Provides support to Sales and Finance departments
• Handles general inquiries via telephone or in person
  
• Receives cross training to assist with coverage for department team members when necessary
  
• Runs miscellaneous errands as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
