Community Care Physicians is seeking a Phlebotomist Float to join our Laboratory Services team. This role travels between Capital Region practices to perform venipuncture and capillary draws, specimen labeling and processing, and accurate order entry. The Float Phlebotomist supports clinicians by ensuring timely, high-quality lab collections and excellent patient experiences. You’ll work closely with nurses, providers, and lab staff in a collaborative, patient-centered culture that values quality, safety, and respect.
