Community Care Physicians seeks a compassionate Phlebotomist Float to provide high-quality venipuncture and specimen collection across multiple outpatient practices in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. Responsibilities include obtaining blood and other specimens, verifying patient identity, labeling and processing samples, entering orders in the EMR, and ensuring compliance with safety and infection control standards. The Float will travel between sites in New York’s Capital Region, supporting clinicians and staff, delivering patient-centered care, and contributing to a collaborative, quality-focused environment with opportunities for growth.
