Community Care Physicians seeks a reliable Phlebotomist Float to provide high-quality venipuncture and specimen collection across multiple outpatient practices in New York’s Capital Region. In this patient-facing role, you’ll travel between sites, verify orders, collect and properly label specimens, perform CLIA-waived tests, and ensure accurate documentation and timely specimen transport. You’ll collaborate closely with clinicians and support staff to deliver patient-centered care, maintain infection control and safety standards, support quality improvement, and contribute to a collegial, team-based environment focused on community health.
