Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required.
• Must be able to meet productivity expectation of 88% after two weeks.
• CT fingerprints required for this assignment.
• Experience with split position scheduling preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift: Days.
• Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
• Work schedule: 5x8.
• Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week.
• Assignment length: 13 weeks.
