We are seeking a dependable Picker Packer for an on-site seasonal fulfillment assignment in Boulder, CO. This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse, fulfillment, production, mailroom, or printing and publishing experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
You will support manual order fulfillment, match media mailing, and daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality. This position offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule, consistent full-time hours, and the opportunity to work with a supportive production team focused on efficiency, teamwork, and reliable performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually fulfill, prepare, and process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Work with match media mailing while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Meet daily production, accuracy, and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and ready for ongoing production needs.
- Follow established processes, safety guidelines, and supervisor instructions.
- Support overtime or occasional weekend production needs when available.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $17.50 per hour.
- Location: Boulder, CO 80301.
- Work arrangement: On-site.
- Job type: Temporary
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manually fulfill and prepare customer orders for processing.
- Support match media mailing and related production workflows.
- Maintain daily productivity and quality standards.
- Keep assigned work areas organized and compliant with production expectations.
- 1 to 2 years of warehouse, fulfillment, production, mailroom, or related experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand for at least 8 hours per day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Must be able to work 5 full days per week with no partial schedules.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
