The Role:

• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the site's cogeneration and utility systems.
• Lead and develop a team of plant operators.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, safety and operational procedures.

The Person:

• Experience within Cogeneration, Power Generation or Industrial Utilities.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of boilers, steam systems, turbines, power generators or related utility equipment.
• Looking for a long-term career with progression opportunities.
