About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for children ages 3-5.
• Facilitate hands-on learning experiences that encourage exploration and discovery.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor children's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's development.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the preschool curriculum and share best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom that reflects the children's work and interests.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

• State certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for fostering young minds.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Creative, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a love for teaching.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and best practices in early childhood education.
• Ability to pass a background check.
