Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

This role involves assembling, testing, and inspecting electrical panels and circuit boards. It includes soldering and packaging finished products. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, basic computer skills, and occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical panels and circuit boards.
  • Test and inspect products for quality assurance.
  • Perform soldering tasks to ensure product integrity.
  • Package finished products for distribution.
  • Follow detailed instructions and schematics accurately.

Essential Skills

  • 1 year of assembly and/or soldering experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • Basic computer skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in electronic assembly.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing environment during the 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
