Job Title: Production Associate 3rd shift

3rd Shift: 11:30pm-7:30am $19.80/HR

Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will be integral to the manufacturing process of PCB/PCBA boards. You will work across three main areas: SMT, PTH Insertion Machine, and final assembly. Your role will involve operating machinery, assembling components, and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities

• Load blank PCB/PCBA boards into the SMT machine and monitor SMT lines.
• Load and unload component reels, requiring the ability to stop machines, thread reels, and restart operations.
• Transition boards from the SMT line to the PTH line and maintain component supply to the machine.
• Ensure solder paste levels are adequate and operate wave machines for soldering components.
• Mount completed PCB/PCBA boards into server boxes using hand and power tools.
• Conduct pass/fail tests on assembled server boxes and document their movement to designated areas.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production, assembly, and machine operation.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Capability to pass a basic math test equivalent to 5th grade level.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of work history.

Work Environment

The facility operates on a night shift schedule from 11:30 pm to 7:30 am, Sunday through Thursday, with optional overtime on weekends. The environment is an ESD facility where you will wear smocks and heel straps to ensure safety and compliance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.

The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr.
