This is a temporary assignment with strong potential for contract-to-hire . Ideal candidates will have experience in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), invoicing, payroll processing, and general bookkeeping in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities for Accounting Clerk (QuickBooks) | Bookkeeper | AP/AR Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes Perform invoicing, billing, and data entry using QuickBooks Assist with expense tracking Maintain accurate financial records, general ledger entries, and documentation Support month-end close, budgeting, and reporting activities Identify and resolve account discrepancies Communicate with internal teams regarding financial updates and reporting Qualifications for Accounting Clerk (QuickBooks) | Bookkeeper | AP/AR 1–3+ years of accounting clerk, bookkeeping, or accounting assistant experience Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) Knowledge of AP/AR, invoicing, and general accounting principles Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, spreadsheets, reporting) High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidential financial information Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred *
