Regional Beef Sales Coordinator

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support a regional beef sales team of 6-10 representatives through accurate order entry, timely processing, and organization of daily sales activities. This role partners closely with internal teams to support key customer accounts, maintain effective customer relationship management processes, and ensure smooth sales operations. The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in fostering strong customer relationships and helping achieve sales objectives in a fast-paced environment aligned with company strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and order processing with ability to coordinate with other internal departments such as: Transportation, Customer Service, Scheduling, Margin Management, and Claims
  • Responsible for order timeliness and accuracy
  • Maintain ability to perform efficiently and follow through on all details, in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Support key accounts and grow JBS' share of business
  • General communication and coordination commercial functions
  • Ensure sale objectives are met within company strategies
  • Customer relationship management; inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Agri Business, Meat Science, Marketing, Economics, Ag Econ, Animal Science or Agriculture related field preferred
  • Well-organized and responsible with aptitude in problem-solving
  • Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data efficiently
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated; consistently strives to attain goals and seeks self-improvement
  • Must be team oriented with a desire to work in corporate office environment
  • Computer skills; including proficiency with work processing and spreadsheet programs (MS Office Suite applications a must)
  • Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits :
  • Benefits : Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off : sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary range of $65,000-$75,000
  • Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
