Crowley RV is looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, RV-savvy individual to join our team in a part-time sales role. If you enjoy talking about camping, travel, motorhomes, trailers, or the RV lifestyleand want a flexible schedulethis is a great opportunity to turn your passion into extra income.

What You'll Do

• Help customers choose the RV, trailer, or camper that best fits their travel style and needs.
• Deliver professional, enjoyable walk-around presentations and feature demonstrations.
• Stay in touch with prospective and current customers to build long-term relationships.
• Use our prospect management tools to track leads and follow-ups.
• Attend occasional meetings or product training sessions.
• Work closely with service, finance, and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Assist with paperwork to ensure deals are complete and accurate.
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Connecticut Driver's License.
• Comfortable speaking with customers daily.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
• RV sales or sales management experience preferred, especially with:
• Chinook
• Coachmen
• Forest River
• Keystone
• Regency
• Roadtrek
• Thor
• Winnebago
• Experience with golf carts (Premier Custom Cart) is a plus.
