Sales Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Sales Person to join a leading manufacturer in Appleton, WI. As a Sales Assistant, you will be part of the Sales Team supporting the Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Sales Assistant

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 / Hour

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Assist the Inside Sales team with filing and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain login information for customer online systems 
• Track "in-transit" invoices and provide order assistance and expediting support when needed.
• Act as a backup for delivering parts quotes and responding to customer inquiries.
• Manage the reception area, including updating lobby signage, maintaining company literature, and providing refreshments for visitors.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s Degree is strongly preferred.
• Some experience with inside sales or customer service is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
